Once you have placed your order, please contact me here at hello.beicreative@gmail.comwith a description of your vision, your order number and attach a good-quality reference photo/s.
Please send this information within 48 hours of ordering otherwise there is a chance that your order may be delayed.
I will send you a proof (first draft) of the image, to make sure you are completely happy with the composition and colours, before I print and post the artwork to you. Please be aware that the total cost includes 1 set of free revisions. Any further edits will be charged at a fee of £15 per revision.
It is a 5-7 working day turnaround time from order to (UK) delivery.
Your portrait will come hand-signed and securely packed using eco-friendly packaging.
