  • What are the delivery times?

    The following delivery times are working days and exclude all bespoke orders and commissions.

    UK: 1-2 days

    Germany: 1-3 days

    France: 2-5 days

    Netherlands: 2-3 days

    Italy: 2-5 days

    Spain: 2-4 days

    Australia: 5-10 days

    USA & Canada: 5-10 days

    For bespoke orders please add in 7-10 working days to account for the artworking and reviewing process. Then add on delivery times based on the above delivery info.

    For commissions, the artworking and reviewing process will differ from client to client and a timescale will be agreed upon between the artist and client.

  • How do I order a bespoke print?

    Bespoke orders take 7-10 working days for artworking and one review for edits before the artwork is sent to theprintspace to print and be dispatched. It takes theprintspace 2 days to produce and dispatch to the UK - see ‘What are the delivery times?’ in the FAQs for other destinations’ delivery time.

    Simply provide a photo/s and description of what you’d like to be included in the illustration.

    One complimentary revision is the include the price so you’ll be able to review the artwork before it goes to print. There is an additional fee for further revisions should you want it.

    The artwork is produced as Giclée art prints, printed on sustainable high-quality, lightly textured 308gsm Hahnemüle Photorag art paper.

    Sizes range from A4 (210 x 297mm), A3 (297 x 420mm), A2 (420 x 597mm)

    Prices vary depending on the style of portrait chosen and the size of the print.

  • What is the quality of the prints?

    Your piece of art will be printed in luxurious, colour-prefect quality on sustainably sourced paper that lasts a lifetime - meaning you can place your order knowing that you’re guaranteed exceptional quality. Artworks are produced by theprintspace on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Giclée fine art paper, which is archivally certified by museums worldwide. Prints are produced in the same methods used by professional artists and photographers worldwide. With a super matt, smooth uncoated texture this paper accentuates the detail and colour in the artwork.

  • Are your products environmentally sustainable?

    I’m pleased to say that my products are 100% carbon neutral. It’s incredibly important to me that every order arrives in perfect condition, whilst upholding my responsibility as a business to care about the planet and people involved in producing my prints. I use theprintspace to print and dispatch my prints - the UK’s only Carbon Neutral fine art printer. Their print-on-demand service minimises over-production and unnecessary waste, plus it frees up time for me to create more beautiful and quirky artwork for your home - yay!

  • How are your prints produced?

    Your order is produced and dispatched by theprintspace, Europe’s leading art and photography printers that specialise in premium Giclée and C-type printing. They pride themselves on fast order fulfilment without compromise, ensuring your order is produced and shipped within 48 hours from either their London or Dusseldorf studios. A multi-award winning print studio for both their service and products, theprintspace is also a Carbon Neutral company. This means that from production through to delivery they offset their carbon footprint by investing in renewable energy through The Gold Standard offset programme. This investment approach is recommended by Greenpeace.

  • Do you offer frames?

    I currently do not offer framing for the prints. Your order will arrive unframed.

  • What is your refund policy?

    If your order arrives damaged please contact me right away and I will be happy to send a free replacement.

    For any non-bespoke artwork to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 28 calendar days of the purchase date. The item must be unopened and in its original condition and packaging. The customer will need to pay for the postage and include the order number and reason for return.

    Due to the nature of bespoke products they are not eligible for a refund. See the ‘How do I order a bespoke print?’ in the FAQs for more info.

  • What is your privacy policy?

    This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through www.beicreative.co.uk. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Stripe and theprintspace or any third party services you access through Stripe or theprintspace.

    To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a bespoke portrait order for example) if you contact me directly.
